The Villa d'el Rei Tuna organizes on the 12th and 13th of October the twentieth edition of Tunicoto - Meeting of Tunas of Vila de Rei.

The Tunicoto - Meeting of Tunas of Vila de Rei celebrates this year its twentieth edition and promises many surprises for the 12th and 13th of October. The event, organized by the Villa d'el Rei Tuna with the support of the Municipality of Vila de Rei, is free-entry and aims to bring hundreds of people together again.
The 20th Tunicoto will be attended by the Cantuna - Tuna Feminina of the Higher Education School of Porto, Tuna Sabes - Tuna Academic of the Higher Education School of Lisbon, Looney Tuna - Academic Tuna of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences the University of Porto and the host tuna, Villa d'el Rei Tuna - Tuna Academic of the Municipality of Vila de Rei.
The celebrations will begin on the evening of October 12, with a Serenatas Night at the Municipal Market Square of Vila de Rei. On the 13th, Saturday, the Tunas will perform the traditional Passa Calles through the streets of Vila de Rei, in the afternoon. At 9:15 pm performances will begin at the Municipal Auditorium of Vila de Rei, in a performance that will also feature the opening by the Choir of the Senior University of Vila de Rei.
After the performances of the night in the Municipal Auditorium, the party will continue for the night inside the Tasquinhas of the Fairground.
