The Municipality of Sertã, in partnership with Get Mood, organizes between the 22nd and 25th of August the sixth edition of Provart. This craft beer festival takes place in Alameda da Carvalha and comprises a varied program, with musical shows, workshops and numerous activities. José Farinha Nunes, president of the Municipality of Sertã, believes that "Provart has been a winning bet, demonstrating that it is possible to have absolutely different events in the municipality of Sertã and aimed at new audiences." According to the mayor, "the tourism strategy of the Municipality of Sertã has in Provart one of its anchor events. Interesting dynamics have been created and we will continue to deepen in this edition." Provart, which assumes itself as "the great Sertã craft beer festival", has this year the presence of sixteen brewers from all over the country, who will present their productions. Activities planned for this year include the Homemade and Craft Beer Contest, the Craft Beer workshop, the Beer Yoga session, the lecture «Beer Microbes - the good, the bad and the bad guys and how to distinguish them» and the Off-Flavors workshop. In the music poster, the highlights go to the performances of Covers, Cups and Guitars (August 22; 21:30), Octanas (August 22; 23:30), 24 Robbers Swing Band (August 23; 21:30), Budda Power Blues (23). August; 23h), Vicent McCallum and David Almendra (August 24; 01h), Miguel Araujo (August 24; 18h), Dona Carioca (August 24; 21h) and Terra Livre (August 24; 23h).
