Born in the neckline of the nation, between Caramulo and Estrela, Samuel Úria takes the blues of Delta do Dão to the stage. From rural legend to urban legend, everything is right: half man half gospel, fado hands and rock-rolling feet.
"2000 A.D" is the enigmatic title of Samuel Úria's new show and which has in the recently published album its main artistic source. On stage, as he is recognized, his songs take on a new dimension: if the new themes have in the cohesion that connects them one of their strengths, their mixture with the compositions with which he has disturbed us throughout his career prove that we are facing the most interesting singer-songwriter of the 21st century.
Tickets cost €15 and are on sale at www.bol.pt, Worten, Fnac, CTT and at the Cineteatro São João box office on the day of the show one hour before (if they do not sell out earlier).
